To honor her heritage in Mexican and Colombian cuisine, Courtney Morentin founded La Reinita, a Pacific Northwest bakery. Using local whole grain ingredients and naturally leavened dough, she teases her process on two delicious staples with authentic craft and cheer ~ a pinch of flour, a little sunlight, and a bit of dancing, make magic and celebrate her roots. In Spanish, "La Reinita" translates as "The Little Queen".
